High Needs Starting ASAP:
- 9am-noon, Grocery Rescue - temporary role through Nov/Dec while a regular volunteer is out for surgery.
- 9am-12:30pm, 11am-1pm or 12:30-4pm Warehouse support Wednesdays
- 11am-1pm or 12:30-4pm Warehouse support Thursdays
- 9:45am-noon or 11:45am-2pm Grocery Store support Fridays
- Tuesday Mobile Food Bank 10am-1:30pm, every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. This volunteer will serve at the food bank and an offsite location. Help staff load a food bank van with a bunch of delicious food, then hop in the van and ride over to a local senior or low-income housing facility to distribute food in their community room! We need a particularly reliable person in this role willing to commit to at least six months of service to start.
- Various Times. Become part of our pool of on-call substitute volunteers! Step in at least once a month into a shift that needs some support when our regular weekly volunteers call out.
- Evening or weekend support with events or gleaning (learn more to get started in Spring 2025!).
- 2-4pm, Clean up on Wednesdays or Thursdays.
